Design
The NiceHCK EBX25Ti have a sleek, elegant and understated design. They have aircraft-grade titanium alloy shells with a lovely matte black finish that is resistant to fingerprints and scratches.
The shells feature a semi-open back design, which enhances the soundstage and allows air to flow to the 14.2mm beryllium-plated dynamic driver. The EBX25Ti model is equipped with MMCX connectors, adding compatibility and the option of easy cable replacement.
When it comes to fit, this is where the EBX25Ti’s design really stands out. They have great ergonomics and a stable fit that makes them comfortable, even after hours of wear. The dimensions are spot-on, fitting my ears perfectly without any fuss. The cone’s shape allows for smooth adjustments, and the ear tip sits securely against the earlobe, ensuring they stay put. It’s a simple yet effective design that delivers both comfort and a reliable fit, making these earbuds great for long listening sessions.

The earbud cable features a black fabric braid that provides a supple feel and resists tangling. It utilizes colour-coded MMCX connectors (red for right, blue for left) for easy identification. The y-splitter and connector housings are constructed from metal. The cable is designed to minimize microphonics. Internally, the cable consists of a blend of 6NN OCC copper and silver-plated copper conductors.

Sound
Gear used for testing includes the iFi ZEN DAC 3, HiBy R6 III 2025 and FiiO KA17. The earbuds are quite efficient and don’t need a powerful source to perform at their best.
With a low impedance and decent sensitivity, the EBX25Ti is easy to drive and performs well even from modest sources like a basic dongle DAC or a smartphone with a headphone jack.
The EBX25Ti delivers a clean, neutral-bright sound with a strong emphasis on clarity. The upper midrange is the star of the show here, giving vocals and instruments a vivid, forward presentation without sounding shouty. Mids in general are crystal clear, with excellent separation and low distortion, resulting in a very transparent and detailed sound.
Bass, as expected from flat-head earbuds, is fairly light in impact. Sub-bass reaches surprisingly deep, but there’s little in the way of slam or punch. The low end is tight and clean, more about subtle texture than physicality. This tuning leans more towards midrange and treble enthusiasts rather than bass lovers.
Treble is smooth and non-fatiguing, with a gentle shimmer that adds air and openness without any sharp edges. It complements the overall tuning well, keeping things engaging without pushing into harsh territory. While it’s not hyper-detailed, the EBX25Ti balances clarity and smoothness nicely, making it an easy and pleasant listen.
Comparison
The UCOTECH ES-P3 stands out with its more premium cable and intricately machined shells, giving it a more refined and polished look compared to the EBX25Ti. However, the ES-P3’s 165Ω impedance makes it significantly harder to drive, so a powerful source is essential to unlock its full potential.
In terms of tuning, the ES-P3 leans towards a more relaxed and balanced sound signature. It has less sub-bass depth but a fuller mid-bass and lower midrange, giving notes a warmer and weightier presentation. On the other hand, the NiceHCK EBX25Ti has a noticeably brighter tonality, bringing more clarity and detail to the forefront. While both earbuds have a similarly sized soundstage, the EBX25Ti places greater emphasis on treble energy and articulation.
Overall, the ES-P3 is better value for money, especially for listeners seeking a smooth, rich sound. That said, it does demand a capable source, whereas the EBX25Ti is easier to drive and caters more to detail lovers and treble enthusiasts.

Verdict
The NiceHCK EBX25Ti are a lovely pair of earbuds with a clean, low-key design and a comfortable fit that’s easy to wear for long periods. They really shine when it comes to clarity, especially in the upper mids, making vocals and instruments sound crisp and well-defined.
That said, the price does feel a little on the high side, especially with so many strong competitors in the market. Still, if you’re after a clear, detailed sound in a premium yet understated package, the EBX25Ti are well worth considering.
