Noble Fokus Prestige Encore Launches: Planar-Hybrid Flagship TWS With Solid-Wood Design and Smart Personalisation

Noble Audio has returned to the true-wireless stage with the Fokus Prestige Encore, a refined successor to the original Prestige that builds on its strengths rather than rewriting the formula. Priced at $699 / £649 / €799 and available from 6 November 2025, the Encore carries the same handcrafted elegance and spirited tuning that earned its predecessor serious respect, while polishing key areas such as driver tech, stamina, ergonomics, and personalisation.

For years, Noble has been known for crafting boutique in-ear monitors for demanding listeners, so expectations are naturally high. The Fokus Prestige Encore leans into that heritage with a new three-way hybrid driver system. An 8 mm dynamic driver delivers confident low-end weight, supported by dual balanced armatures for a textured and lively midrange. The standout update is a 6 mm planar magnetic driver on treble duties, giving high frequencies extra speed, air, and delicacy. The result aims for greater separation and spatial definition, with treble clarity that does not tilt into sharpness. A redesigned triple-vented metal nozzle quietly improves bass consistency by managing airflow and seal behaviour across different ears and tips.

Wireless performance has also stepped up. The Encore runs on Qualcomm’s QCC3091 chipset and supports aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive, LDAC, AAC, and SBC, ensuring high-resolution streaming where available. Bluetooth 5.4, multipoint pairing, and TrueWireless Mirroring keep things stable and convenient across devices, while dual-mic cVc noise suppression helps maintain clean, natural vocal tone during calls.

Battery life has been boosted to up to 10 hours per charge with ANC off or 7 hours with ANC active, backed by a 500 mAh wireless-charging case for up to 35 hours total. A ten-minute top-up returns around two hours of playback. The buds and case are carved entirely from solid wood rather than using decorative plates, giving each set its own grain pattern and a lighter, more ergonomic fit compared to the previous model. It is a luxury touch that remains functional and distinctive.

Noble has also refined its personalisation features. Following a one-time hearing test, Audiodo’s per-ear calibration writes your profile directly into the earphones, so your tuning travels with you regardless of device or app. The companion app provides optional EQ tools, touch control mapping, firmware updates, and multilingual support for fine-tuning if you want it.

The Fokus Prestige Encore does not chase gimmicks or trends. It appears to focus on improving the essentials: sound quality, fit, battery life, build, and smart personalisation that stays out of the way once set. Noble fans who loved the original Prestige’s musical attitude should find plenty to enjoy here, while newcomers get a true-wireless flagship that feels crafted rather than mass-produced. This looks like a confident evolution from a brand that knows its audience.
